Lavina Elite L25RE

Lavina Elite L25RE is a Remote Controlled Three Head 3×9″(225mm) Planetary Grinding and Polishing Machine 10HP(7,5kW) 1 or 3ph 200 – 240V 45Amps width 25″(66cm). 

The remote-controlled grinder L25REB features a super light and easy-to-use remote control for precise and effortless machine operation. The remote-control allows for an easy loading and unloading, as well as moving around on the job site. The grinder also has an intuitive touchscreen panel which provides essential operating information – indications of power supply and power consumption, machine load, hour meter, tool holder rpm and option to choose rpm setting with tool input, water supply and lights activation, maintenance reminders, etc. The machine can also be used in self-propelled and manual mode, if the remote is down.

• New water system with gravity-fed water supply from water tank and hose connection (no water pump and misting system). Advantages of this design update include more water under the machine for optimal wet grinding and simpler maintenance.
• Completely redesigned frame delivers superior maneuverability and easy tool changes.
• Dust-proof planetary drive protects internal components from dust and moisture, which reduces maintenance and increases service life.
• Easy-to-use integrated weights. With the weights down, you increase the grinding head pressure and grind more aggressively.
• Improved dust collection efficiency with adjustable skirt with a flexible brush and hose connection close to the dust source (with a metal camlock attachment).
• Added protection on 3 phase, 220 V electric models to prevent machine damage if plugged into high voltage.
• Adjustable handle bar with multiple handle positions for more convenient operation and transportation. Make sure the handle is locked when moving or using the machine.
• LED lights for monitoring the floor – a detachable LED light (with a magnet) on the base, and a second LED light in the back of the machine near the floor.
• Convenient integrated lift points for moving the machine with a forklift.
