LABPOX SAFETY LINES is formulated with cycloaliphatic polyamine technology and provides mechanical and chemical properties suited to demanding applications. Its technical data also reports 100% solids by volume, 0 g/L VOC content, 85 Shore D hardness at maturity, and abrasion resistance of 55 mg loss under ASTM D4060 testing.
For the applicator, the system is also designed around getting the marking down efficiently.
One-Coat Application With High Opacity
LABPOX EPOXY SAFETY LINES is formulated for high opacity and full coverage at approximately 10 mils. LabSurface states that the product can provide approximately three times the coverage of regular pre-tinted epoxy, allowing a safety marking to be completed in a single application.
The product is available in bright safety colors including yellow, red, blue, green, and orange. That gives applicators flexibility when a project requires multiple colors for different zones or markings.
Crisp EPOXY SAFETY Lines Matter
Anyone who has installed floor markings knows that getting the line straight is only part of the job. Keeping the coating from bleeding beneath the tape is what produces a clean finished line.

For projects where specifications matter, LABPOX SAFETY LINES is a 3A:1B, 100% solids epoxy with a self-priming formulation. LabSurface’s technical information identifies a 30-minute working time, approximately four-hour tack-free time, 24-hour foot traffic, 48-hour light traffic, and one-week full cure under the stated test conditions.
