Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused and unopened
- Product is in original packaging
- Product is in resalable condition
- Return authorization has been approved
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to being sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-tinted or special-order products
- Opened liquid products, sealers, or chemicals
- Clearance or final sale items
- Training materials, videos, or downloadable products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact 515 customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be provided.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is due to:
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturer defect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition and type of product returned.
Orders refused after shipment or returned due to incorrect address information may also incur additional freight and restocking charges.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all packaging materials
- Provide photographs of the shipment and damaged items
We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty Disclaimer
Many products sold by 515 Decorative Concrete Supply are covered by manufacturer warranties only. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product type.
We do not guarantee product performance resulting from improper installation, misuse, weather exposure, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
