Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Certain specialty, made-to-order, tinted, or oversized items may require additional processing time. If extended lead times apply, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination. Freight shipments may require scheduled delivery appointments.
Small parcel orders typically ship via:
- UPS Ground
- FedEx Ground
- USPS Priority Mail
Large or palletized orders may ship via:
- LTL Freight Carrier
- Freight Truck Delivery
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
- Freight requirements
Additional freight charges may apply for:
- Residential delivery
- Liftgate service
- Limited-access locations
- Remote delivery areas
Freight Deliveries
For palletized or freight shipments:
- The customer is responsible for unloading the shipment unless liftgate service is requested in advance.
- Please inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
- Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s paperwork at delivery.
- Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage promptly may limit the ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated transit times vary by carrier and destination:
- Ground Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Freight Deliveries: 3–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available on select products

Weather & Temperature Sensitive Products
Certain sealers, coatings, and liquid products are temperature sensitive and may be damaged by freezing or excessive heat during transit. Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate delivery location where products can be received promptly and stored properly.
During extreme weather conditions, shipment delays may occur to help protect product integrity.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations may require additional shipping charges and custom freight quotes.
Some hazardous or oversized materials may have shipping restrictions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
