Instant PU Repair is a two-component aromatic polyurethane crack repair for small cracks and holes in horizontal concrete. It cures fast enough to grind in 15 to 20 minutes, cures at temperatures as low as -30°C / -22°F, and can be used on below-grade repairs. It’s compatible with Labfast products only.

Instant PU Repair is a two-component aromatic polyurethane for fixing cracks and small holes in concrete. It’s made for horizontal surfaces, and it’s built to cure fast. The material can be ground after 15 to 20 minutes, so the repair doesn’t hold up the rest of the job.
Its low viscosity lets it flow down into the crack and penetrate the concrete. For wider gaps or holes, it can be mixed with silica sand, quartz, Labtec Thickening Agent, or silica to build up viscosity. It works indoors and outdoors, and it cures at very low temperatures, down to -30°C / -22°F. It can also be used on below-grade repairs.
It is compatible with Labfast products only. Don’t use it under other coating systems.
